Where it is & when to go
Best time to visit — October to May is the sweet spot — calm sea, clear water, reliable ferries. Avoid the peak monsoon (June–September) when crossings are rougher and some activities pause.
| Season | Months | Temp | What to expect |
|---|---|---|---|
| Peak | Nov – Feb | 23–30°C | Calm sea, clearest water |
| Warm | Mar – May | 26–33°C | Hot but good visibility for diving |
| Monsoon | Jun – Sep | 24–30°C | Rough crossings, some activities pause |
| Post-monsoon | Oct | 24–31°C | Settling down, fewer crowds |
Traveller reviews
“Kashmir with Bundelkhand Pride was a dream — the houseboat, the Gulmarg gondola, the Shikara at sunset. Every detail was handled.”
Priya SharmaKashmir Honeymoon“Our school group of 45 went to Jim Corbett — the safari was thrilling, the coordinator was exceptional. Highly recommend for school tours.”

Questions about this trip
Do I need to book flights before the tour?
Yes — Port Blair is reached by air (usually via Chennai, Kolkata or Bengaluru). Book flights first, then tell us your arrival time and we'll align the ferries.
Is it good for non-swimmers?
Very — the beaches are calm and shallow in places, and sea walks/glass-bottom boats let non-swimmers see the reef without swimming. Snorkelling is guided with life jackets.
Why are ferries important to lock in?
Inter-island ferries sell out in season. We pre-book AC ferries so your Havelock and Neil legs are secured before you arrive.
