Best time to visit — The Friday batches run through the desert season, starting after 15 September. October to February is ideal — warm days, cold clear nights, and the dunes at their best.

How do the Friday departures work?
Batches leave every Friday through the desert season, which opens after 15 September. You reserve a seat for a specific Friday; a dedicated trip captain travels with the group.
Is the desert camp comfortable?
Yes — Swiss tents with proper beds and attached bathrooms, not bare camping. Nights get genuinely cold in winter; blankets are provided, but bring a warm layer.
Can I join solo?
Absolutely. Group departures are the easiest way to travel solo — seats are priced per person and you'll share the camp evening with the batch.
How do I reach Jaisalmer?
Direct trains run from Jhansi, Delhi and Jaipur. Tell us where you're starting and we'll suggest the best connection; train tickets are excluded so you can use your preferred class.
